I'm not sure what point you are going for but we also took one of their commits. So 3 Transfers and one decommit/transfer. I don't think I've ever seen that before especially in the span of a couple weeks. But it's been a crazy year.

My point is our roster was down to what, four players? I don't understand the big deal about WHERE these kids come from when we had so many holes to plug. If these are players that the coach feels best fit his system and have familiarity/continuity then why is that an issue? They're kids he's recruited too. In the grand scheme of things, the UNCG connection is a small portion of the entire roster. Carry on.

Just observing that it's weird and unprecedented in my memory - nothing to get chafed about (unless perhaps you are a UNCG fan). Carry on.

If there's a poster that's been getting chafed, defensive and negative Nancy on here it ain't me. Look in the mirror...

You sure sounded chafed and defensive above in your response above to my simple observation. Maybe you should re-read it before projecting on to me.
There is a nice new piece on my favorite current Bearcat hoopster, Jeremiah Davenport, on wcpo.com. It's got to be tough on him to have lost his dad so unexpectedly like that. I hope Bearcat fans have his back this year. Moeller Coach Kremer continues to speak very highly of him and it sounds like Wes is already a big fan.

University of Cincinnati basketball player Jeremiah Davenport has a 'fire to compete'
It was big for Davenport, DJJ, and MAW to stick with the program. Gives us some much needed stability and leadership through a tough transition. Cronin would have cut off his left hand to have those types of guys when he took over at UC.

If those are your guys starting at the 1, 2, and 3, you could do a hell of a lot worse. Throw in Oguama and Ado each with ton of starts in the ACC and SEC, and you at least have a roster that will be competitive in AAC play.

I'd take our current roster by a mile, but I'd rather have Tari over anyone except maybe Davenport.

I think we kill them when players are rotated out, and I'd take DDJ over LoJo any day of the week. No idea what Newman brings us, but if he is anything like he was in his last healthy year, that's a wash between him and KW, and Ado has more defensive presence, but less rebounding acumen, than Nsoseme.

I think Vegas would probably play it as Current Lineup -6.5
I think Vegas would no line this until they get a chance to see a few games. Lol
