Folks- I’m not on here very often, and I probably don’t know many of you now, but for those of us “old timers” I just wanted to share that my daughter made the 2021-2022 UAB Majorettes! She and my wife drove down from Ohio this weekend, she tried out yesterday, drove back, and she was just notified this evening.
This makes our new season tickets that much more sweet!

After Saturday, we'll have a UAB graduate and a rising junior.

Oh, I know it. We’ve been away from B’ham since I went to grad school and joined the USAF. I’m retiring in 2 years, so it will be nice to be able to travel more easily after that. Depending on where our kids wind up is going to push us to our final destination after the AF. It will likely be back down in the South somewhere, though.
Congratulations to your daughter, old man! I know you must be almost as happy as she is. I hope she really enjoys her time there.

Thanks very much- we are all very excited, and throw in the inaugural Protective Stadium season tickets, and we’re set!
