8-2 over the Ragin Cajuns to move to 8-5 in conference play and first place in the Sun Belt west. Arnold and Barkley turned in great performances on the mound, and the Trojans pounded out 14 hits!
Taking game one in this series is really important too because the weather looks like it is going to be tough to get in the next two games this weekend.
Thanks for the update. Didn't think they played in today's dreary weather. Tomorrow afternoon actually looks good and Sunday looks beautiful. Need to get, at least, one more win although 2 more would be even better.

Yeah, the weather forecast has improved for tomorrow and Sunday since the last time I checked. Rain tomorrow is projected to be over by game time.
I got there today in the second inning and they were playing in a heavy rain but it eventually slowed and then stopped. Glad I went.

Watching the replay on espn+ and it appears I got to the game in bottom of the first as I see plays I saw in person and couldn’t believe they were playing in the heavy rain at the time
