The last teams to leave CUSA were ECU, Tulane and Tulsa. Their last season in C-USA was 2013. Since then, the overall regular-season standings for conference games only for the 2014-2020 period (7 seasons) are:

Louisiana Tech 38-16 (+22)
Marshall 35-18 (+17)
UAB 26-10 (+16) No team in 2015/2016
WKU 35-20 (+15)
MTSU 32-22 (+10)
Southern Miss 30-24 (+6)
Florida Atlantic 29-25 (+4)
FIU 24-27 (-3)
North Texas 24-31 (-7)
UTSA 24-31 (-7)
Old Dominion 19-29 (-10) No team in 2020
Charlotte 15-29 (-14) No team in 2014
Rice 17-36 (-19)
UTEP 11-41 (-30)
Florida Atlantic + UAB: 55 combined wins, 4 conference titles
Marshall + La. Tech: 73 combined wins, 1 conference title.
La Tech has been solid in football and basketball but has yet to win a championship in either. That's got to be frustrating.
Wow. The fact that Southern Miss has a winning record during that time period speaks to how bad CUSA has been. The Golden Eagles had one good team during that time span. The rest ranged from average to really bad.

Nah! we just say we "Teched" it up. It's all good, keep on keeping on.

Baseball too.
Thanks for bringing it up.

Y'all want to remind us about how our WBB team used to be a national contender, too?

Just for spite, I think it's high time we ran off a streak of winning titles in all these sports (and all the rest of them, too).
clt says to throw 2020 stats in the trash. fluke year

His thread?

But if you use w% make sure you adjust it with weighted schedules. Something like deducting 1 out of every 3 wins vs a Western division school. And add 1/3 of a loss for every one that came vs a Western division school. That would make it fair to those of us in the east
Pretty obvious who the lead weight is. UTEP at -30. A significant factor in our league's rating. No offense, UTEP fans.
So happy to be 2 of Charlotte AND Rice's few wins 03-puke

Without UAB the west would never sniff a football championship despite getting to play in one every year. The only close win was MU vs LaTech..All the other East wins were blowouts iirc.

If this poster starts in 2013, Rice is 8-1 in conference beating Marshall in the championship game. In 2013, North Texas, UTSA, Louisiana Tech, FAU, FIU and Middle Tennessee were already here.

I thought of that, too. I do have the cumulative standings for 2013-2020, and I’m not against including them here. I decided to make 2014 the cut-off because all of the C-USA games played since then were between teams that are currently members of the league. That wouldn’t be true if I included 2013. Still, a fair point.
Nope. Leave that year out. Didn't happen.

We know. Rough times for an already bad program.

UAB didn’t start competing for division titles until we moved to the West. No worse finish than 2nd since the move. 05-stirthepot
