Anybody get theirs yet? I got mine today. A little confusing. From what I can figure out, tickets and premium seat fees must be paid online. Premium benefits (such as Coaches Club) are also to be paid online, but at a different website. I think you may be able to do that via check. I prefer to pay everything by check so as not to tie up my credit cards.

They are pushing for mobile tickets this year, which I do not like or want. If anything can go wrong electronically with me, it most likely will. Plus, some in my group will come at different times, and we are old and prefer physical tickets. I think there may be an option to request physical tickets.

I guess I will need to call them because I carried forward my Coaches Club passes from 2020 to 2021. I’m sure that they haven’t done that. I can see now that there will be a lot of f’ups this year.

By the way, I donated my 2020 season tickets and premium seat fees to them last year. Of course, I never got a donation receipt. I wrote to them and, of course, have not gotten a reply. It’s a miracle that they are even able to deposit the money in the bank!
I received my packet today and am completely confused. Last year, I rolled my payment over to this year. There is absolutely nothing in the packet that indicates my rollover amounts. Frankly, I have no idea what they think I owe.

To tell you the truth, I don’t think they have any idea of what you owe.
Knowing how Athletics does things, in retrospect, we should have requested a cash refund last year. I knew there would be issues with the rollover.

+1. I don’t know why I even received it. I rolled my tickets over. Does nobody in the athletic department have a record of that? Glad I saved all my emails from last year. I knew this was going to be a mess this year.
We checked out the website today and there was a fair amount of confusion. When we went thru the steps we could kind of figure out what they want and we did see a discount for our 2020 tix but I believe the other fees go as a donation.

You can select for all away games.

We will have to call as we want to add another ticket to our package.

Not sure how that works with distancing, is there 1 next to us open etc...

Interesting point about social distancing. I think they are counting on no social distancing. Otherwise, they couldn’t renew everyone’s tickets. We have people sitting all around us.
I'm guessing the previous owners of VCB went to work for NIU Athletics and are running their website?

That was a great laugh on a Monday morning. VCB's website was so bad, it was stuck in like 1999.
