Good Morning Troll Nation!

It's called "Real World"!

Lol. Your long term, unwavering, commitment to this narrative is impressive. I don't disagree that our bigs are often a bit undersized, but 1-4 or at least 1-3 our guys are usually normal height to even a little on the tall size. Our wings may be a little skinny, but they definitely aren't short.

That said, shooters, or lack thereof, is a much bigger problem for JJ's teams than lack of post presence.

All kidding aside, my issue with size is it doesn't seem that JJ even tries to recruit 6'10"+ players? All offers are 6' to 6'7". European players are not even considered? I agree that a win is a win but size can't hurt. Why continuously put our 6'7" bigs up against other teams 6'9-7' players. Why doesn't he even try to recruit bigs?

Joe and Ezikpe are 6'8", and Shanu is 6'10"

And 2021 signee Stephan Morris is 6’9.
So who is everyone most excited about next year? Hopefully Wade comes back strong, but any 2020 or 2021 signees we should be excited about?

After two serious season ending injuries, my opinion is Wade won’t be coming back strong, at least not at first. Not even counting the injuries effects on his body, missing two straight seasons of playing time has to be a problem. I know he’s supposed to be a hard, hard worker, so that’s to his advantage. Unless he tries to come back too soon like I read he did the first time after his first injury.

Not new guys, But here is who I’m most excited about.

Curry. Our best player this season, and seems to still be improving.
Wade. Our former best player. Will be great to see him again and hopefully fully recovered.
Ezikpe. My favorite player and at a crucial position.
Trice: 6th man of the year for a reason. If he continues to work hard he can be all conference next season.
Hunter: got better all season and seemed to be developing a shot too.

2021: i have a good feeling about Essien. but could be lost in the depth chart if Curry returns.

2020: i think O'Connell will begin to get more minutes by mid January. Shanu not till 2022-2023 season - but would love to be wrong.

But they're not 6'11
So far since the end of the season we have:

OUT:
Curry
Alfis
Reese

IN:
Smith IV

Looks like the Kalu and Trice transferring stuff should be put to bed.
