It didn’t take the swamp long to come back in full force after former President Trump left office, and there’s no better example of that than the COVID-19 relief bill, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said.

Speaking to Fox News’ Sean Hannity, McCarthy said that “only 9 percent of it goes to COVID.”

“What they are doing is telling you the swamp is back. Everything you have warned your viewers about before the election is coming true in this bill,” he said.

...and Mr. McCarthy who knows this? Not the libturds they'll never hear it from the Pravda aka MSM.
it's so essential to pass this. We have over a TRILLION leftover & unspent from last 'stimulus' and now a very large % of this one won't even be spent until AFTER 2022. This is shameful.

There's a reason they're in such a hurry to pass this, and it ain't "COVID relief"
Too bad someone didn't slip term limits into this POS legislation.07-coffee3

Congress should have term limits of 12 to 18 years.

I would also be interested in the president being elected to a single 6 year term, they lose 18 months to reelection anyway.

How about election security. Terms limits dont mean shite when elections are fraudulent.
It won't pass in the Senate so don't get your panties all in a wad. It barely passed in the House - two Democrats actually voted against it.

McCarthy needs to go back to math class though. 800 billion out of 1.9 trillion is closer to 40 percent than 9 percent. If it passes the Senate, it will probably be mostly the part that adds up to the 800 billion.
