Based on the history, the Cubs are good for picking one. Figure Battle will get a look and may even sneak into the top 10 rounds so a team can save on slot money (baseball uses a slot salary system that includes a total pool and money assigned per pick in the first 10 rounds, each pick is assigned a number, you sign for less the team has more money to use elsewhere....seniors are picked for value because they have minimal leverage).
