Illinois (the state of) basketball is pretty sad right now. With that said, I'm having a hard time with SIU being ranked 6th on this list (also NIU being any higher than anyone other than Chicago State).
But, to be fair, you could put the bottom 7 teams (not including Chicago State) and almost any order would be fine.

It's because our stadium doesn't stuck, and theoretically as a D1 mid major, we should have better resources and capabilities of the programs ranked lower than us. Theoretically....but we can't even keep the VCB and Pita Pete's open lol....sigh.... sadness
