LIVE IN INFAMY

Tumor and Burr are retiring at the end of their terms in 2022. The votes were not based on evidence it was merely a rejection of Trump, his MAGA message, and 74million supporters.
UpChuck Schumer ignorant of history? He argued the farce impeachment by the Demoncrats of a former US President was absolutely constitutional otherwise a president could just resign to avoid impeachment. One name for you UpChuck, Nixon.

Mitt was already going to get primaried in Utah from his vote on the first impeachment. Collins, Murkowski, and Sasse are probably okay in their home states. Cassidy is the one that is hard to understand.

I don't think he cares. Most of these people are career politicians. He's a doctor.
0-2 for the impeachers.

Nice try, though.

That, and he loathes Trump.
Trump 2024!
What's so shameful is that the votes on both farce impeachments had nothing to do with law or facts. Both votes were totally personal.
It was ridiculous

Exactly
McConnell is killing Trump on the Senate floor. Says he didn't technically or legally incite, but he did cause the crowd to gather, he "stirred them up," and he was slow to react to calm them down.

But McConnell voted to acquit b/c he says the constitution doesn't call for impeachment when a person is out of office, that the justice system should deal with Trump for this if it sees fit, but not the Senate.

The mask is off now. It's clear that McConnell despises Trump.

So, do they go 14th amendment now?
posted in the other thread, but its funny as hell. (and true)

someone on the left try to convince me again that Trump doesnt know what he's doing with his legal teams.
Democrat balking on bringing witnesses forward is proof that this was a politically-motivated show trial (as if anyone other than never Trumper Republican and Democrat partisans had any doubt).
