I think normal season ticket folks who paid $90 are in the purple zone/lot. At least, that’s how I read it

Sure hope the free parking on campus with shuttles is still provided. We're gonna need it more than ever at the new location.
Parking will be a mess, much like at USM

Yes, if you don't make any annual donations to Blazer Boosters. If you're a donor, the parking passes are still $90 but are allocated among the other lots based on how much you give.

If the pandemic go down by then.
They should sell tailgating spots on campus with free bus service to and back from the game
Magic City Connector will be clutch 04-rock
back in the old days when Auburn and Bama played major opponents at Legion Field, city busses ran routes on game days through the Southside picking up fans at specified points. A $5 ticket got you to the 6th Avenue North bus route into the stadium and a return ticket for the ride back after the game. UAB might adapt the same idea using its own busses from designated campus parking spots to the Protective Stadium and back after the game. Tailgating might be more easily worked out on the campus parking spots than at the stadium, at least until we get used to the new parking patterns..

UAB already did this.
Ok, I’ll indulge BnB once. Dad would drive us to Five Points, park, then grab the shuttle to LF. I think the shuttle was free, but this was last no ago. The shuttle was weird after a loss as everyone was dead quiet.

What if you’re BB member and paid the scholarship fee to get a better section? Kinda confusing. At least if you bought season tickets you’re no worse than purple.

My take, but will make a call to confirm, is that to get what we had for BT tailgate is that we'll have to pay for BV or City Walk tailgate that's next to Uptown & I assume both might be run by uab gameday done right folks or possibly the gold rooftop next to the SEC offices. BT members that have given in the past, start making your $$$ plans & I'll get info on which so we can start to zoom in on where we're going to be. Last I heard, for ticket selection, I'm in the 300-400 range on the list.

The old system was facilitated by the city closing 6th Ave North west of 9th St to only taxis and busses with regular traffic shunted to 5th (Greymont) and 8th (Bush). Advance planning on possible road closing to regular traffic may help decide how to smooth out shuttle service for UAB games at Protective Stadium as well. Besides campus parking, there is also the Carraway deck, the remote airport lot and the upper level lot at Century Plaza. The latter two have interstate access to the Stadium.

Ok, think I figured it out. If you're a member of BB, paid the $$ amount scholarship fee for your seats and purchased seats, you're in at least the dark green lot.
Isn't it great to be having this convo?!?!

I hope it's a shuttle drop off in the fall instead of employee parking for Amazon.

I don't know how much the trees have grown around the upper parking lot that used to serve the holiday crowds that overflowed the Plaza's regular parking, but the view to the north and west from that lot was spectacular when it was first built. Since there was only one access road to that upper lot, security for its use would be easily accomplished.
Does anyone know more details about the gold rooftop tailgate area? Is that going to be like the blazer booster tailgate that was done in 2019, or is that an individual tailgate area?

It's individual tailgates.
