Ball State continue to get position in low post and easy buckets coupled with a couple triples. End of one, BSU 30 - 19 over the Rockets.
Ball State employed three guards and it has paid dividends so far.

BSU has been committing almost 20 turnovers a game, and UT only forced 6 in the 1st. BSU getting layup after layup because the defensive scheme just not prepared for the plays BSU is running. Miss Nitra Perry's defensive scout. Also rebounds ... 24-14 BSU. Just an absolutely awful half.
Ball State has been a mystery this season. They returned just about their whole team after a successful year, but they have really struggled this year. It was our misfortune, perhaps, to catch them right after their humiliation at the hands of BG. Also, has anyone mentioned that our defense has been horrible?

Salee has clearly worked the refs, as they are giving all the calls to BSU now, including a bunch of touch fouls.
