Our old buddies from the CAA come to town for a Sunday afternoon game at the Ted.
Northeastern is 1-2 on the season, splitting a H&H with UMass and just barely losing to Syracuse on the road earlier this week. They were picked to finish 7th in the CAA and are led by sophomore guard and 2nd team all-CAA pick Tyson Walker.
Hoping we can put that dreadful performance in Richmond behind us and make this a good game for the good guys.

Norfolk State has 4 games on WSKY channel 4 TV. Is Northeastern game streamed? I guess Wood, could not offer any more local TV games.

This will be a good matchup. We should be favored by a handful but they've had a pretty good start so far.

Tyson Walker all frosh CAA last year and pre-season 2nd team this year. Relentless penetrator this is avg 10.3 FT attempts/g this season. POW for week of 12/14.
Yeah, they shoot pretty well, expecially from 2 and the FT line. We guard inside the arc pretty well. But, turnovers are their big achilles heel. They have good 3 point defense. DOn't create many turnovers.
We are their best 3 point defense.
I’m stilled pissed about our performance last week. It was a crushing defeat and I would be fine if they cancelled the season. And I want my $500 back for the tickets I paid for that will never happen.

I've thought the same thing. NSU and Hampton U are able to get games on local TV. Best ODU can offer its fans is a crummy internet stream put out by the school. Not a good look for the school.

They've played 3 games....one being Syracuse.
Yes, Covid has played a toll....
Hopefully our team shows some pride tomorrow. We will get waxed if we bring the same game we played against vcu. What an embarrassment.
