A college football coach is a job where there's pretty objective measurements of job performance, and these guys haven't measured up.
Job performance is irrelevant, only skin color is important.
There's also a very glaring lack of diversity in the NBA.

The only metric that matters is how many black guys trying to get into coaching but are not offered a job. If for every 1,000 applications 1 black guy gets hired and 100 white guys get hired then there might something to it. As a UC fan I know they have a number of black coaches, WRs Mike Brown, DC Marcus Freeman, DL Gregg Scruggs, Quality Control Armon Binns. Binns and Scruggs are former NFL players. Scruggs went through the NFL mentor leadership program to become a coach. Binns got his first gig at ND because he played for BK at UC. Cornerbacks Perry Eliano first gig Grad Assistant Stephen Austin 19 years ago.
Entry level coaching gigs don't pay a ton so not sure how much that interests former NFL players who made some dough.
White people could make up 5% of any sport and they'd still be like "there's too many white kickers".

Sometimes I watch TV broadcasts from the UK, their channels. Watching the commercials you would think 50% of all couples are are mixed, black/white. It is absurd. Guessing If I did a deep dive on the 1965 immigration act the real people behind it were well versed in Kalergi's politics.
The only people globally not allowed to be proud of their race are White/Euro. Likewise they are the only people not allowed to have singular ethnostate countries. If you keep the borders closed to mass immigration like Hungary or Poland that is evil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hire the best damn coach. I don't care if he's black or white. I'll support the coach until the L's mount up. Doesn't mean we need race quotas.
I'd think those numbers should be 'better', but we need more information than assuming people are raciss & the # of black vs white coaches.
Plus, how would this solve the issue? We've had a frickin black president (soon to be another) & people (mainly white Democrats) are still convinced blacks can't climb ladders without the white's help

Commercials don't bother me. Marketing to all demographics is all I see it as. I don't see it as pushing for anything like interracial couples. Note: I have no problem whatsoever with interracial couples, but there is no reason to push for same race or interracial couples whatsoever if that is the case.
Giving jobs, entrance into a university, promotion, etc. based on skin color is the definition of racism IMO and in many cases ends up failing said person who received such privilege. Many studies have been done on this especially in regards to entrance into universities. Unqualified students most of the time do not keep up with qualified students (I've seen some studies although not recently something I looked into if Redwington-Commie Tom wants me to find the sources). I would think this carriers over into professions as well.
If your a good coach you'll get your shot and if your successful, you will then have leverage on said university/professional team which is the true KEY to SUCCESS.
This crap is a waste of time.

If you were an alien from space watching these commercials you would have the impression that America is a homosexual and biracial nation. When you arrive here for the close encounter you would be shocked to find out that is simply not true at all.
There is of course nothing wrong with these commercials or the lifestyles of those portrayed in them. It is however insulting to the intelligence of most people that the advertisers pander to them and think that doing so makes them appear woke.

Hell yes. And I’m 100% cool with IR couples, but it’s kinda ridiculous how pandering it is. If you were an alien from outer space and saw our TV commercials now you’d logically deduct two white people can’t get married haha.

Here's something else: White people are ACTUALLY BLACK and Black People are ACTUALLY WHITE! Your eye sees only the colors reflected back from what you are seeing. So if you see a "blue" sky, you are actually seeing only the color reflected back to your eyes, not the actual color of the sky, which is every other color BUT Blue. Science. therefore, when they say "Black Lives matter": they scientifically actually mean "White Lives Matter", but then, I'm not sure the left believes in Science, do they?

I like Survivor too but Big Brother has been one of my favorite shows since I started watching in '08 (S:9). I've watched all the previous seasons on All Access as well. I watch the live feeds a little bit too. They've ruined that show so bad.
This whole season they aired a lot of BLM segments. What's funny is Bayleigh who was invited back to be an "All-Star" even though she sucked repeatedly said hundreds of times on live feeds from her first season how much she hates white people etc. So she not only wasn't kicked off that season but she got invited back again. Cute. Meanwhile Jackson from last year got attacked by Julie Chen (who is a huge bigot towards white guys herself IMO) on finale night for putting up 2 minorities (both of whom were coming after him).

My fiancé and I point that out every time we see it.
We watched “A New York Christmas” on Netflix last night. It was interesting to see what a “gay friendly, all inclusive film looked like”.
In a nutshell, the black and Hispanic men in the film were worthless. The only good man was dead and the only white guy was a racist priest.
The social messaging in 2020 films, television shows and commercials is sickening.
