Much of the raw data that has been being crunched by various folks around the country has been published, rightfully so, by the state governments for transparency. People have been analyzing and plotting the data to look for trends.
PA has recently scrubbed the data.pa.gov site and removed the information pertaining to the 2020 election. Banner on the data catalog page now says:

As counties finish counting ballots and move toward certification of election results, they are no longer regularly updating the unofficial informational dashboard. Therefore, we are removing the election data assets from the Open Data Catalog. For accurate and up-to-date information, please visit: electionreturns.pa.gov
