They’re essentially daring the Pennsylvania Legislature to reject the Biden electors.

And in Dominion’s defense — they’re probably right that the Leg. doesn’t cross that line.

They just need to hold out for 2 months.

If fraud happened via Dominion they were likely promised cover.

That won't work to protect Dominion.

The state's can investigate and convict them. They don't need federal jurisdiction for fraud in their elections.

They end up looking like inept useful tools. They would let it go to save face.

I seriously doubt that several states would collectively just ignore corruption and the law to save face. I also doubt that they all would even feel the need to save face - unless of course they stood quietly and did nothing.

Not to mention the kick backs if that is true. No body is going to investigate their own corruption.
