Yes. It. Is.

Unfortunately, I think a Biden-Harris administration carries with it the very real possibility that it is over for the USA.
The LOW ENERGY crew is back I see.

What difference does that make David - please explain? What are you implying?

The majority of legal votes that get tossed are from the elderly, the disabled, the ill and from minorities who get wrongfully labeled as dead or signitures matched. Everybody of age who are legal citizen can vote even if they do not have an id. Homeless people have the right to vote. Republicans are anti-against everything including keeping people from voting. Having an id to vote should be illegal.

Why? You have to have an ID to do just about everything today from buying smokes, to filing for benefits, to getting healthcare. Every state has the option of getting a State ID if you don't drive. It's not a big ask to prove you are a citizen before you vote in our election.

They originally voted not to certify, caved to an immense amount of pressure, and now want to change their vote back

I doubt they will be allowed to but here is your MI court case
They will be allowed to. They were publicly threatened, which is a federal offense.

But this is over y’all! 07-coffee3

Somehow this is shaping up to have the physicality of a Daniel Day Lewis movie!

You must be joking. How does one prove citizenship status without documentation?

Not only should an individual furnish an ID to register to vote it should be a DHS compliant Real ID, passport or some multiple of other forms of non-picture identification i.e. birth certificate, social security card, etc. to prove citizenship.

State IDs and drivers licenses serve as proof of residence, not citizenship.

Nice opinion you got there. That’s all it is. And it don’t mean chit.
Quote:Duress refers to the act of using threats or psychological pressure to force someone to behave in a way that is contrary to their wishes. In contract law, duress is used as a form of defense to a crime where the defendant uses threats to force the plaintiff to commit a crime that is against their wishes. A party who is forced into an act or contract under duress can rescind the contract, rendering it null and void.

You know, I really don't appreciate flippant comments about something that is a very serious decision for me.

For me personally, it is better if I stay a couple more years. Some good things vest for me in about a year and a half. Also, I am pretty much insulated from the things that I foresee. What I see happening is that the democrats' proposed tax and regulatory policies will pretty much complete the exporting of our middle class due to offshoring. If I were 25, it would be a disaster. At 75, not so much so.

Things I will watch for:
- Single-payer health care is basically a death sentence for me, given my age and health status, so I would be inclined to leave quickly if that came to pass. I would be quite happy if republicans finally got off their asses and managed to attract enough moderate democrats to pass some form of Bismarck, but I don't see San Fran Nan allowing that to happen.
- Any significant gun control legislation would also be a trigger. Not because I have accumulated an arsenal, nor have any desire to do so, but when the. government controls your health care and takes away your guns, you are little more than slaves to that government, and I don't want to be here for that.
- Basically, any significant moves by government to take more control of our lives would incline me to leave.

The problem I am finding is that as Ronald Reagan said, "The USA is the last, best hope of freedom. If we lose it, there won't be anywhere to go." So the list of options is pretty bad.
Now it’s come to threatening the families of the people who have to canvass election results. Ironic. The modern day version of burning a cross in someone’s front yard.

Track down the people making threats and throw them in a dark hole for a decade.

Yes, track down all the people making the threats. Including the people threatening the GA and AZ Secretary of State and their families.

You people just don’t understand what freedom means to some Americans. It won’t be easily stolen from them.
