Our safeties coach, Jess Loepp, did a great job adjusting at halftime as we conceded only 61 yards in 5 UTEP possessions in the 2nd half. Record-setting 600 yards for us in the game offensively btw. If not for a long pass completion in the first half that was fumbled away at the goal line, it would've also been a record setting 59 points. I'll take it though, and we'll see what becomes of this situation with our DC.
After yesterday's performance by the UTEP defense we better investigate our DC as well.
