Who should stay and who should go?
UCF needs home games vs OOC teams. I think the whole conference shake-up will force alot of teams to have to shuffle around anyhow. NCSU, WVU, USF, and LaTech (provided TCU leaves and La Tech enters C-USA) will probably all be part of that shuffle. UCF might end up crapping that entire OOC schedule and starting with a fresh slate.
Bye-bye LTU
Despite the fact that LTU is abismal in Football, I'd rather keep that home game. What are the revenue comparissons of home vs away games?
I voted for WVU...I agree with BlackNGold...even though La. Tech is probably the least desirable of the lot, we've got to keep some/at least one OOC Home game.
I guess I'll give this poll another day. None of the teams has received anywhere near 10 votes yet. If, by tomorrow, no team has received 10 votes, I may eliminate the team with the most votes and move on to the final round. Hopefully, we can at least break the tie between the two teams that currently have the most votes.
I don't know if there is 10 UCF fans on this board
We need a home game, albeit LaTech, We played S. Carolina many times and have yet to receive a home visit from them...get rid of South Carolina.

Home games against smaller schools won't draw many fans in Orlando, even if La Tech is a decent program. UCF can actually make more money playing in front of a packed house on the road. And college football is all about making money, period. I say drop La Tech and play all those bigger schools on the road. And going forward, sign home/away contracts with these schools to get more of them in Orlando. Couldn't have been done the past 10 years, but based on everyone's wild expections regarding O'Leary and Orsini, perhaps getting some of these schools in Orlando during the next ten years may be possible. Afterall, Miami agreed to come to Orlando 8 years from now (or something like that). Although Miami will be the home team... 03-wink
Miami is not a school to be applauded for its attendance. They only draw big crowds when highly ranked opponents visit. Bring Rutgers, Temple, etc. to Miami, and the crowd is pretty pathetic.
Yeah, I agree with the fact that Miami really has no true fan base...attendance is pathetic for the Canes (if they are not playing a top 5 team) I still say we need to somehow attract bigger name schools to the CB. WV, VT, Purdue, Miami, have / are going to play us in the CB. Why can't SC? I say dump em.
I second!

all for dumping the cocks, say Aye!
aye!!
Hey, guys, sorry for the slight delay. I didn't have time to check this board yesterday. Louisiana Tech is now the leader with 5 votes. I'm eliminating them. Sorry, Bulldogs.
I don't care what team we eliminate, just keep USF!!!! I WANT SOME BULL BLOOD!!!! :chair:
If anyone, I think we have to _keep_ West Virginia. We signed a 2for1 and already went there once. If we cancel that remaining away game, you don't think they're gonna retaliate and push to cancel our upcoming home matchup in 04?

I don't want to give them something for nothing.

(Penn State is different.)
