Probably should be treated no different than the shingles or pneumonia vaccine. Yes, 99% of the population will survive the virus. But, for the people that are high risk they should take it so we can all move on with our lives.
They didn't get Warp Speed money but they have an agreement for a bunch of money from the Government if they deliver a vaccine. So its spin.
