Watching all these Youtube games as I have during the Current Situation, it is interesting to see how different coaches have different bench protocols. Sometimes all four coaches would sit together, sometimes they would be intermingled with the team. Sometimes at the beginning of the full timeouts, the coaches would have a council of war before they talked to the team, and others would go immediately to the team to maximize the time with them.
