Ands thats just ONE voting issue uncovered and it took a month to unlock all the keys to get it PROVEN. The firm involved with the protest of the marijuana issue vote in Antrim County, MI employs the same guy who confused the jurisdictions in Minnesota with those in Michigan. We don't know yet if he was one of those who looked at the machines in Antrim County.

You'd be wise to wait until the judge sees their supposed facts. We've seen about 60 times now how that's played out for team trump. The Republican official in the county has already affirmed the issue was human error. Of course she could also be a part of the deep state cabal against trump along with SCOTUS and Bill Barr.

it's only been 4 weeks. given the track record of double voting in prior elections laid out in the article it is highly likely that number grows....and none will be prosecuted.
At least we can agree that it shouldn't be allowed and GA law does not consider intent. So even if it was an "accidental" double vote it doesn't matter.

I'll read the order, but that in of itself sounds like a win for Trump. SOunds like they are saying those counties erroneously interpreted election law, and that the EO#12 did not render all voters indefintely confined. (Meaning they didnt need an application)

The question is, why the system didn't work in GA or why it did but was ignored...
I know that when I went to vote in Texas, the system told the person registering me that I'd already voted. It was a mistake (someone clicked the wrong box) but they KNEW not to count my vote. Provisional votes could be cast and then investigated if necessary and ignored if not.
Those conditions here should have resulted in fewer votes cast.... and if the difference without them is less than the total (i.e. Biden had 20,000 more votes and there were 5,000 provisional votes) then you don't bother counting them.
