Where are they? I noticed some schools are showcasing them and others are not - Coastal and Troy. Not sure about the other schools. Any one else notice this, and why that might be?

Because the new SBC logo freakin sucks. I’m glad we aren’t changing it on our jerseys.
It doesn't look all that bad. It's just letters...no big deal.
Texas State didn’t update the logo on their field either. The new logo has definitely grown on me. I think it looks good on the jerseys. It stands out better than the peppermint.

Agree . . that new Logo looks good on the Jerseys. I did not like the Logo when it came out, but now I like the way it looks on the Jerseys.
I think I’m still in the minority here, but I’ve liked the new logo since they released it.

Agreed. Why are some people so concerned about logos? I’m not concerned about them one way or the other and haven’t seen one on other conference’s unis that are that impressive. Now uniforms are a different story.
I like the new SBC logo as well. But it probably takes some time to replace the old - and they may want to go through the old patches instead of throwing them out.

They updated on jerseys though. My guess is they will do the field whenever they replace the whole thing. With COVID hitting budgets, it is silly to replace right not if it isn't really needed.
I think the new logo is fine, but I thought the old one was, too. It seems like a waste of money when budgets are as tight as they are, especially since the "peppermint" one was only about six years old.

Both are better than the one before the peppermint.
The new logo has grown on me after initially disliking it. I like the SBC branding effort.

Yea, but I’m pretty sure logos and putting them on the jerseys are a minimal cost compared to other expenses. I just had one done form my business and the most expense piece was the actual transfer that has to be made. It depends though. However I’m sure the Changing the logo and design on the turf is a pretty big chunk in change.
ULM hasn’t even updated our own logo on the field, I doubt we see the new Sun Belt logo until that happens
The conference gave a grace period due to COVID to make the changes to the logo. All must be complete by the 2021 season. If teams have new uniforms they must have the new logo on the jersey, but if they are using a jersey from last year the old logo can be used. That’s why TXST’s uniforms have the new logo and the field does not.

That pinwheel logo sucked. Just the letters is much better.
All I ask is that we stick with this logo for longer than six years. Logo changes should be no less than once every 20 years or so. Choose a good one in the first place and stick with it.

Well, since there are some people who are never going to agree on which logo is the best, and won't be pleased with anything, I suggest we use this one, which is as good as any other of the conference's logos, let's stick with it for 20+ years or when/if it becomes out of style.
