Domestic Terrorism. Need to round up about 100 from each city, charge them, expedite trials, and make sure they get the maximum sentence. Juveniles charged as adults. I don't care if they are 14 or 84. All get maximum sentences. Do this two or three times and the problem goes away.

My friend in Seattle is convinced the rioters are largely right-wing groups.

I've seen the same.

The people with the more extreme political positions don't seem to support the rioters, but they manage their dissonance by blaming it on 'the other side'... and the more moderates in their position, support their actions... even if they claim not to support their goals.

It's as if the left has its own 'silent' populations... those who CLAIM to support this far left agenda, but aren't willing to do anything about it... and those who claim NOT to support the far left agenda, but secretly do.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude and pronouncements of our mayor. Now you see why I've said that so far, our democrat leadership here in Denver isn't as crazy as that of most big democrat run cities.

Hope they follow through.

I had the misfortune of living in Colorado. Had to move It is full of douchebags. Virtue signaling is an art form in Denver and Boulder. Not to worry though the BLMAntifacrats always destroy there own neighborhoods.

The People's Republic of Boulder is for sure full of douchebags. You can find them in Denver, too. Most of them are transplants from leftist hellholes. You just have to find and hang out with a better class of people. I see Kalifornia license plates every day. But we get our share of NY, IL and MN transplants, too. Sadly, too few of these refugees will jettison their leftist ways and beliefs once they land in a sane place.

If our state government gets a lot more crazy in the coming years, I may have to pull up stakes and leave, which would suck after living here for 40 years. Things change and it is not always for the better.
