Defensive back Dajhon "DJ" Smith (6-2, 185, 4.5) of Milan (Tenn.) High School announced via Twitter July 8 his transfer to Detroit King High School for the upcoming (2020-21) school year.

A class of 2021 recruit, Smith attended Ecorse (Mich.) High School his freshman and sophomore years before moving to Tennessee last year.

Smith reports scholarship offers from Austin Peay, UT-Martin, Tennessee State and Central Arkansas. He also reports recruiting interest from Central Michigan, Michigan, Middle Tennessee State, Eastern Kentucky and Southern Illinois.
