Bring on Virginia Tech
They scared to lose to us during a pandemic...
Pick up a game with a BIG opponent
That isn't a CUPCAKE
If the ACC follows the Big 10 and cancels non-conference games, maybe we could convince Miss St to replace their game scheduled at NC State on September 12th with us. Easy travel for both sides.
There is another school in the state of Indiana called the fighting Irish that maybe looking to reschedule some games too[/align]
I have a gut feeling that everyone will play an 8 game schedule. I don't know why.

Only SOME conferences refusing to play non-conference games creates all kinds of trouble when you try to figure out who the best is... You end up with some teams playing 3-4 fewer games than others. If you allow non-conference games, you'd have to use ONLY conference results for seeding/ranking.

Every college, including us, has the potential to be a CUPCAKE, depending on what and how many players are being quarantined at any given time.

Yup...

How do you know how good the SEC is if they only play the SEC.

Would be true for any sport with an actual tournament to select a champion. So, anything except FBS college football. As it is, meh. The polls decide everything anyway. We could not play a season, and the polls could easily declare their national champ.
