People forget that before the Floyd incident and the unrest in this country, Kyle Larson used the N word and lost his ride in NASCAR. Everybody started to stand with Bubba then. All this have been boiling since the 1960s. NASCAR is finally taken a stand to end the mistreatment of the minority driers.

Larson was in NASCAR as part of their diversity program and considered a minority himself.
