Before looking at your list...past 25-30 years:

Josh Beyer
Dwight Beard
Keith Hill
Walters back in the 90s. His first name escapes me.

Those are the 4 names that jump out at me, during my time. Dwight Beard was a funny guy but a monster at RG. I think he lives in California now.

I would add Joe Montgomery to the list. He is the best center of the modern era and was an NFL draft pick. Consider Barry Beers also. He was another mauler from the 70s.

There's one name that towers over all...the remarkable Buster Ramsey.

Not only in the College Football HOF and the first lineman named to the state All-Century Team while garnering the most votes, but Ramsey's
Number 20 has never been worn by another W&M player since Buster wore it 78 years ago! We do not officially retire football numbers, but it'means something that no Tribe coach has assigned that number 20 to anyone since Ramsey played his last game. And he played 60 minutes every game.
