I’m thinking we’ll probably play Alabama A&M or Alabama State to ensure a sell out crowd for the 1st game. Need people to know they won’t necessarily be able to walk up on game day and get a ticket anymore. The earlier the sell out, the better for future games at Protective.
The reason for so many prime location tickets being unavailable for public sale until the week of the game won't exist with the new stadium. ALL seats will be available for advance season ticket purchase for the first time in UAB home game history. This further illustrates the overdue need to replace Legion Field that has existed for decades.
