So annoyed watching Channel 11 in Atlanta tonight.
They breathlessly say that the Georgia health department has admitted producing misleading graphs!!!! They never say what was misleading.
"That is why we have had teams of journalists checking the numbers!!!"
Then they show hospitalizations dropping from 1600 May 1 to 985 now. "Why May 1???? That is when data became publically available.!!!" All implying there was something sinister.
Then they show two more graphs. These graphs show cases and deaths are still rising!!!!!!!!!
Duh! Are people going to come back to life? Are a negative number of people going to get sick. What both showed was a flattening of the curve.
Trying to scare people with, as noted in another thread, journalists showing a complete lack of understanding of basic math.
