"Gloom despair and agony on me.
Deep, dark depression, excessive misery.
If it weren't for bad luck we'd have no liberals at all,
Gloom despair and bull**** commies filled with gall!"
And for the record this has been happening naturally since the inception of our solar system and if it was worse last year then why didn't we lose crops and fail then?

We've been sleeping wonderfully well with the windows open. I can't remember the last time in May we were able to do that for a couple of weeks straight. And if it is bad for the growing season you could have fooled me. After a horrid year for blueberries last year the bushes are loaded and if we keep getting some rain between now and August the muscadines will have a bumper crop as well.
So keep praying Eric. I'll take your cool weather if you'll tolerate my moderate rainfall!

We've been eating dinner on the deck outside. Cool, comfortable and the mosquito population hasn't blown up yet.
If you look at a longer term history of the earth's temperature range---you'll see why Ive always maintained the real danger to the human population has never been global warming. Periods of warmth have always been more the exception than the rule. As a population, when it comes to temperature---we have always been more at risk from an ice age than a warming trend. In that context, an extra degree or two in the world was not necessarily a bad thing.
