When we amped up testing/masks/ventilators & hospitals had to lay workers off & people started getting cabin fever, they had to move the goalposts. Now Faucci & Tim Kaine advocating can't open until daily testing for everyone (should be all free per Bernie), some governors saying need a vaccine, etc.
