Desperate attempt at phony press release.
More proof he is a made for TV moron that cant complete intelligent sentences without a uh script uh.

Fraud and a criminal. I hope he goes to jail.

They have been busted.
Barry has been and always will be a 100% America hating p.o.s.

Ugh, I'm having a hard time finding the Obama quote where he basically said the days of American greatness are over. That quote is why I can't stand him.
The country was saved by Admital Mike Rogers, imo. Let it play out.

I’ve been looking all morning. Did he say “exceptionalism” or did he specifically use greatness?

Oh, This Keeps Getting Better: Former Obama Official Admits She Lied About Having Evidence of Russian Collusion

Quote:You all know this. It doesn’t even have to apply to a political situation. When someone tells a lie, and that lie is exposed, it all falls apart. Whether it be the Ponzi scheme Bernie Madoff or the Trump-Russia collusion myth, things are quickly and rapidly falling apart for this manufactured lie that engulfed the country since the 2016 election. Everyone who isn’t Trump deranged knew this was a pile of crap. How many “bombshells” have there been? How many have turned out to be nothing burgers, not even lasting 36 hours in the news cycle because there was never solid evidence to prove such a conspiracy? This is what happens when the entire myth was based on a political opposition research document—the Trump dossier—which was compiled by an ex-MI6 spook Christopher Steele, whose anti-Trump efforts were funded by Democrats and the Hillary Clinton campaign. It was probably never vetted by the FBI, given the glaring errors in it, and it was used as credible evidence to secure a spy warrant against Carter Page, a former Trump campaign official. It was biased political propaganda. This collusion delusion was already debunked in the original Mueller report, which said there was no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion and shredded what was left of the unverified Trump dossier. The Department of Justice Inspector General’s report on the FISA abuses during the Obama administration also took a tomahawk to the dossier. The core of this collusion myth was already dead, but with the exoneration of Michael Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, more pieces are falling off this dead collusion carcass.

Flynn has been vindicated; the victim of an FBI run amok. The motion to dismiss is fraught with details about how disgraced former FBI officials, James Comey and Andrew McCabe, were out to get Flynn by any means necessary—department policy be damned. They were going to scalp him no matter what, despite that the FBI found no evidence of collusion or anything that would warrant Flynn being roped into a counterintelligence probe. The FBI agents who interviewed Flynn also said they didn’t think he lied to them, but the perjury entrapment plot was still executed against him.

Now, we have a former Obama official who admits, under oath, that she lied about having evidence of Trump-Russia collusion on an appearance for MSNBC. This was part of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) releasing the transcripts from their investigation into this circus act. Sean Davis at The Federalist has more:

Former Obama administration defense official Evelyn Farkas testified under oath that she lied during an MSNBC interview when she claimed to have evidence of alleged collusion, a newly declassified congressional transcript of her testimony shows. Farkas testified before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on June 26, 2017, as part of the committee’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election between Donald Trump and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Lawmakers keyed in on an appearance Farkas made on MSNBC on March 2, 2017, in which she urged intelligence community bureaucrats to disseminate within the government and potentially even leak to media any incriminating information they had about Trump or his aides.

“I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior [Obama administration] people who left…[that] it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy,” Farkas said.

[…]

“Why don’t we go back to that sentence that I just asked you about. It says ‘the Trump folks, if they found out how we knew what we knew about their staff dealing with Russians,” [Rep. Trey] Gowdy said. “Well, how would you know what the U.S. government knew at that point? You didn’t work for it, did you?”

“I didn’t,” said Farkas, a former mid-level Russia analyst who left the federal government in 2015.

“Then how did you know?” Gowdy responded.

“I didn’t know anything,” Farkas said.

So, what’s with this document dump from Schiff? Well, it appears he tried to get ahead of Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell planned release of the transcripts. He ran out of time to craft some nonsensical spin on how Trump is still guilty of collusion. It’s truly pathetic. Also, while we mentioned the Mueller report, let’s not forget that this team really did try to make something out of nothing regarding collusion and that Davis’ claim that Mueller’s wild goose chase was a political hit job. With Flynn, we’re seeing chapter II of this DOJ/FBI malfeasance saga. Mueller was brought in to polish the FBI’s bad behavior, give it some legitimacy as they had overreached, and embarked on a disastrous investigation that made the whole agency look stupid. This was the basis for Kimberley Strassel’s excellent op-ed in The Wall Street Journal, who added that Mueller continued to take the country for a ride on this carnival tour that was weaponized by the Left to try and negate the results of a presidential election.

Lastly, before we go, it looks like Obama knew an awful lot about this shoddy attempt to take out Trump. This is the deep state at play, folks.

If I were Ms Farkas, I wouldn't accept any invitations to take a midnight walk in Ft Marcy Park.

Quote:Former President Barack Obama on Friday reacted to the Justice Department’s move to end its case against Michael Flynn by declaring that the “rule of law is at risk” -- as new details emerge about what the former president knew about the case against Flynn in the last days of his administration.

“The news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed — about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn,” Obama said, according to Yahoo News, in a web talk with members of the Obama Alumni Association

“And the fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free," he reportedly said. "That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk. And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we’ve seen in other places.”

Yahoo News, in reporting the tape, noted that Obama incorrectly states the charges against Flynn, who was not charged with perjury. Instead, Flynn pleaded guilty in 2017 to lying to the FBI about his conversations with the Russian ambassador in the transition period between the Obama and Trump administrations. But Flynn’s supporters have long argued that the FBI set a perjury trap for Flynn.

The move this week by the DOJ came after the release of memos showing bureau officials debating at the time whether their purpose in interviewing Flynn was to get him to lie and prosecute him or get him to “admit to breaking the Logan Act” -- an obscure law that bars non-government officials from pretending to represent the U.S.

New details emerged also this week about what Obama himself knew at the time of the Flynn case. Obama warned the Trump administration against hiring Flynn and said he was “not a fan” of the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency.

According to declassified interview transcripts, Obama told then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and then-FBI Director James Comey in early 2017 that he had “learned of the information about Flynn” and his conversation with the Russian ambassador about sanctions

Obama "specified that he did not want any additional information on the matter, but was seeking information on whether the White House should be treating Flynn any differently, given the information."

At that point, the documents showed, "Yates had no idea what the president was talking about, but figured it out based on the conversation. Yates recalled Comey mentioning the Logan Act, but can't recall if he specified there was an 'investigation.' Comey did not talk about prosecution in the meeting."

The exhibit continues: "It was not clear to Yates from where the President first received the information. Yates did not recall Comey's response to the President's question about how to treat Flynn. She was so surprised by the information she was hearing that she was having a hard time processing it and listening to the conversation at the same time."

On Friday, Obama cited the Flynn case as a reason for why former officials needed to help his former Vice President Joe Biden beat Trump in November.

“So I am hoping that all of you feel the same sense of urgency that I do,” he said. “Whenever I campaign, I’ve always said, ‘Ah, this is the most important election.’ Especially obviously when I was on the ballot, that always feels like it's the most important election. This one — I’m not on the ballot — but I am pretty darn invested. We got to make this happen.”

Obama also reportedly cited the coronavirus pandemic as a reason to fight harder for Biden, blaming what he saw as a poor response on “tribal” trends stoked by Trump and his allies.

“What we’re fighting against is these long-term trends in which being selfish, being tribal, being divided, and seeing others as an enemy — that has become a stronger impulse in American life,” he said.

“And by the way, we’re seeing that internationally as well. It’s part of the reason why the response to this global crisis has been so anemic and spotty. It would have been bad even with the best of governments. It has been an absolute chaotic disaster when that mindset — of ‘what’s in it for me’ and ‘to heck with everybody else’ — when that mindset is operationalized in our government.”

Between the Houses Dems trying to head off Barr and this strategic “leak,” you know that they’re losing their minds behind the scenes.

He wasted a tremendous opportunity to bring American together; instead he divided us more than ever in order to seek to destroy our country. But America is greater than any one man or woman (and that's all there is btw) so we will rise again from these difficult times and meet the challenge in spite of people lie Obama who want to tear us down and trample on our freedoms and exceptionalisms. Obama goes down as one of the worst, if not the worst American President so far, what a shame.

It might've been exceptionalism. Same thing.

With the former idiotic commander in chief weighing in on this, and the fact that he wanted Flynn out of the Trump admin, I dont think this was a personal vendetta anymore. Obama is afraid of what comes out on something. THat something may be the CLinton Foundation.
Wanna know the fun part?

Trump is Obama's president.
