Sadly, with no prospect for CFB until next winter (per VP Pence) we have plenty of time to envision realignment scenarios. The warmest seems to involve the Big 12 and the Pac 12.
My favorite scenarios being posted are the 4 power conference scenarios where the XII and ACC fold into the PAC, B1G, and SEC and we get a 4th “Other” conference.

Like, for example:

PAC
North: Washington, Washington St, Oregon, Oregon St, Utah, Colorado
West: California, Stanford, USC, UCLA, Arizona, Arizona St
Central: Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St, Kansas, Kansas St

B1G
West: Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Northwestern
North: Indiana, Purdue, Michigan, Michigan St, Ohio St, Penn St
East: Rutgers, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Duke, Georgia Tech

SEC
West: Texas A&M, Missouri, Arkansas, LSU, Mississippi, Mississippi St
South: Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Florida
East: Florida St, South Carolina, Clemson, North Carolina St, Virginia Tech, Kentucky

XVIII
South: TCU, SMU, Baylor, Houston, Central Florida, South Florida
Central: Iowa St, Memphis, Louisville, Cincinnati, Wake Forest, East Carolina
North: Miami, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Temple, Syracuse, Boston College

IND: Notre Dame, BYU, Army, Navy

Oxford University COVID vaccine could be commercially available by September. It's already in human trials, but more importantly they've started manufacturing it already, betting heavily that it works. The US supported NIAID/Moderna vaccine effort is also in human trials, but would not be commercially available until spring, 2021.
