While Jay Colley is not an official member of this illustrious board, he is a regular "ghost reader" of Tribe Talk, which is usually followed with a phone call to me, asking "who is Tribe99999?", or "who do you think WM99999 talked with to get that information?"

I would like to ask you all, if you have a couple minutes today, to send along Get Well wishes to Jay as he continues to recover from a battle with the COVID-19 virus. Jay is still in recovery, but improving daily and it would, no doubt, give him a boost to hear from the guys here.

I'll pass along my wishes for a speedy recovery, with my warning that my "Tell-All mini-novella" about our 25 years of working together is just about complete. Get Well, so you can defend yourself!

04-cheers
Get well Jay. You were there when I came through and have always been my voice (and face) of the Tribe.
Jay, the entire #90 family sends you Get Well wishes for a speedy recovery!!! Looking forward to hearing your silky smooth voice during the upcoming season!!!
Get better Jay! We’re all pulling for you and excited to hear your voice soon.

So, Jay, what do you think about conference affiliation? :-)

Great to hear that you are improving!
Jay, give us the top 10 most embarrassing things Billy did while calling games with you. At what point had you had enough and felt compelled to counsel him? Was he receptive to said counseling? Thanks in advance.

Stay strong.

Get well soon, Jay! Can’t wait to hear you soon!
Get well soon Jay! Can't wait to hear you again in the booth!
Jay will always be the voice of the Tribe for me. He started at W&M the same year that I enrolled.

The repetition of "Touchdown William & Mary, touchdown Green & Gold" may annoy some, but for me, it isn't officially six points for the good guys until i hear that call.

Get well soon.
Jay, full speed ahead with the recovery. I remember when you were still calling games with the Red Wings. Way back when.
Best Wishes for a speedy recovery! You're the best!
Praying for you Jay Bird. Get well. I am looking forward to more stories about your Grandchildren, now present and the one on the way!!
Get well soon, Jay! Praying for you and so thankful for your commitment to our beloved College!

This. Always this.
Pulling for you, Jay. Whether listening or watching a live sporting event, or watching a youtube recap, hearing Jay, Bob Sheeran, Charlie, or BillyMac always makes everyone feel a little better.

We still honor Bob on fall Saturdays when the Tribe breaks off a long run. Many of you probably remember Bob's great Saturday afternoon analysis for many years.

When things fully recover, fall Saturdays and fall golf are going to be amazing.

Off to listen to Jay's Daniel Dixon Hofstra call....
Jay: looking forward to seeing you again soon. You are the best.
Worked out this morning on the treadmill to once again here your marvelous voice announcing
the fourth quarter of the 2009 win at UVA! Always priceless my good friend.
