None of your responses to the original post has refuted anything about said original post.
To have two ranking state Democrats say that the woman's activity "didn’t alter the election results and didn’t disenfranchise any voters" is at least questionable and worth digging deep into the facts since the crimes she is charged with seem to be election/voting fraud related crimes.
Democrats don't typically speak out about voting fraud even though it, or at least the appearance of it, is often very easy to find.

Instead, what you'll find are statements from me (and others) correctly stating that in person voter fraud does not occur in enough quantities to routinely effect elections enough to warrant many of the RNC election disenfranchisement schemes.
You'll also find threads where I'm all for Voter ID as long as it's provided for "free" by the states and doesn't disenfranchise voters further by making the requirements to obtain it difficult or costly for the voters.
And nowhere have I said that the lady in the OP is innocent of anything or does not deserve jail time, if found guilty.
