Politicians and media members have criticized the POTUS and his handling of the COVID-19 crisis since its inspection. I would have no problem with that save that I have not seen any of them offer an alternative plan or suggestion that should have been implemented instead. Since I can't ask any of them, I pose this question to members of this board instead who find fault with Trump's actions. What should have been done instead? To spark the conversation, I'll lead off...

Instead of legislation for the bailout, a tax holiday might have been a better alternative as it would be straight cash back to businesses and citizens. No pork.

Based on what? What was ignored? With the info suppression from China, the only indications and warning were out of Taiwan and SK. I don't think anyone was going to make pandemic level decisions based on those two countries alone and the WHO downplaying the issue.

That is an easy conclusion AFTER THE FACT.

Under the circumstances I think the Donald has done a decent job.
