He was absolutely correct in his objection to skirting the roll call vote. Just think. Congress just passed the largest spending bill in the history of the nation and not a single member will ever be on record voting for it. At some time later and for political purposes any member can deny voting for this. This should not have occurred. With all the technology at our disposal there should have been a way to do this remotely and register the votes. I hope Congress looks into this because what happened today sets a bad precedent.
