Saw a thread similar to this on the ACC board, and I even started one myself on the Sunbelt board, but I'm curious to see how the SEC looks in this regard:

Alabama: 200,000+
Arkansas:
Auburn: 238,000
Florida: 415,000
Georgia: 327,000
Kentucky
LSU:
Mississippi State:
Missouri:
Ole Miss:
South Carolina:
Tennessee:
Texas A&M: 500,000 approx
Vanderbilt: 145,000
Best number I can find for Alabama is that it's over 200,000.

A more specific number is not given
As one of the newest ones, I’m happy to report A&M has around 500k living alumni though that will increase as before 1970, A&M was Texas’ equivalent of VMI or The Citadel. Small, all male military college. And the really large alumni classes didn’t start till the 90s.
I see Vanderbilt with 145,000, with 40 alumni chapters worldwide.

To be frank, I'm surprised the number is that high. If, say, 3,000 folks graduate from VU each year (and that seems a stretch on my part) ... that's about 50 years worth of graduating classes. If, (more conservatively) 2,000 folks graduate from VU each year ... that's about 70 years worth of graduating classes. I guess it's possible.
