It's always something ain't it?

Maybe call your pediatrician see if they can arrange an x-ray somewhere other than the ER or urgent care. If it is broken and needs setting, you don't want that healing wrong. It could cause problems the rest of her life.

It just happened a little while ago. We're going to see how it responds to ice and elevation and then, if necessary, we'll call the doc.

I believe they can file for unemployment.

They should. There's also loans available to small business that will be forgiven (basically turned into grants) if you retain your employees. I don't know how either of those work for servers though as so much comes from tips. The restaurants are ******.

The restaurant industry is up the creek.

Honestly, that makes more sense than shutting down the entire country when vast swaths are in little to no danger.

Little to no danger sounds kinda silly.
Have you looked at the Johns Hopkins map... Clicked through all the locations? It's not far fetched at all.

That’s the key. We are at the begging, the pace of infection is picking up daily, hell its picking up hourly.

No it isn't. What is picking up is the testing. We've been shut down for 2 weeks. If anything, infection rates are declining. Can't believe we shut down the economy for this.

Thats the good news. Happening all around the world. The bad news is there a hundreds of thousands that have it but dont know it and are spreading it to people that are higher risk. They arent social distancing.

Though, the link I posted earlier suggested the spreading of the virus from people without symptoms could be lower than expected.

I think those are yesterday's numbers. Today the VDH has 3337 tested, 219 positive...6.5%

I meant to keep up with this...as of today in VA 7337, 604 positives...8.2%

3/28: 9166 tested, 739 positives...8.1%

You must be far removed from the frontline of this crisis. Resources will come up short in certain areas with the current restrictions in place, and they will be overwhelmed if they are removed. The providers are also getting sick at an increasing rate as the infection rate increases.

Same here. Sent a pic of my 7year old to my friend who's a PA. 7 year old with a slight rash over entire body now and itchy at times in his feet. Benadryl helps a little. She said as long as no fever over 101 and no sore throat keep hitting it with benadryl and let the virus run its course instead of going in. I'm like dude, you cant have strep. Take a shot of this brown stuff.

That is different than what you said they first time. I do not disagree that resources will be overwhelmed in SOME places, but I think we are getting to the point where we can identify those places and be selective about shutdowns.
