EMU came from behind and beat CMU (for the 2nd time this season).
TOL trails BSU at the half.
IF TOL loses (remember games are composed of 2 halves), we would be in 8th place, and positioned to be home a week from Monday.
We, of course, have two road games, so it won't be easy.

Toledo wins. We almost certainly have to win out to get a home game.
Western did sting West #1 NIU on Saturday but that is probably more indicative of divisional mediocrity that it is of Western improving. Not a guaranteed win but we would have to have a clunker to lose in K-Zoo.
Toledo is scary. They have Littleson back who did not play in our first meeting. We kept the Jacksons quiet and Toure played nearly the entire game and obliterated Knapke. That's going to be tough act to replicate especially in Toledo.
They only play seven guys usually. Maybe Murph dials up the full court pressure to take away their second half legs?
BTW, is it possible the MAC could have a number of teams finishing 7 - 11 (assuming, big if, EMU beats TOL Friday)?

I think four teams could finish 7-11:
- EMU with win at Toledo
- Toledo with loss against EMU
- Winner of CMU/WMU
- Ohio with loss at Miami OH
Although, no matter what happens, I really think the MAC Tourney championship runs through Akron. Did anyone see Akron's win against Ohio on Tuesday? They were down 13 points at the half, and outscored Ohio 37-17 to pull out a win.
Oh well, all in all not a bad season. Solid OOC start, reasonable 6-5 finish, but that 0-7 MAC stretch really spoiled the season. If EMU could have only dampened that with a couple wins in there. Then they would easily be hosting a tourney opener.
As it turns out, will be Murphy’s first team to finish in the bottom bracket of the tournament seedings. Too bad, because this team played VERY WELL for significant stretches of the season.
Dear Friends,
Looks like we will be playing Kent State. I can't remember, but didn't we split games with Kent?

They'll likely return that beating to us next week.

Good thing the game is at Kent, or they might be tempted to forfeit
and claim Coronavirus fears especially if they have long memories.
Curious what the line will be? I'll guess say Kent by 7 or 8.
