Based on ESPN's latest bracketology, the Sweet Sixteen would look very different from prior years, in that it wouldn't be dominated as much by power conferences. Eight different conferences would be represented if all the top seeds make it past the first week. Conferences are listed below, in order of the number of teams in the Sweet Sixteen, with the seeds of their teams in parentheses.

3 ACC (2,2,3)
3 BE (3,4,4)
2 B1G (2,4)
2 SEC (3,4)
1 MWC (1)
1 WCC (1)
1 A-10 (2)

The B1G may get 11 teams in the tourney, but most of them aren't highly seeded. There's still a lot of games to be played, so this will change.
