Play fast, shoot often- repeat. UTSA started 0-5 with Wallace attempting to play PG. UTSA then went 10-6 after Czumbel inserted at PG before 2 home losses last week as UTSA’s interior was exposed (out-rebounded 58-82).

UTSA is #1 in pts/g and 3s/g in CUSA play; #2 in 3% and #4 FG%. However, they are #14 in pts/g allowed.

Jhivvan Jackson is #1 CUSA in pts/g (#2 NCAA), 3s/g and 3X POW.
Keaton Wallace is #2 CUSA in pts/g and 3s/g.
Erik Czumbel will hit open 3s, but otherwise little threat to score.
Jhivvan Jackson is a little scrawny madonna lol

Please ODU, treat him and his team appropriately and send them home with an L.
I fear that this game in particular is one for which we are going to miss having Wade.
A little off topic but the unwavering Thursday, Saturday conference scheduling blows. A game earlier in the week sure would liven up the dreary winter and I see NO benefit to C-USA NCAAT results.

Unfortunately with the spread out conference, it makes way more sense to do it like this.

Yeah, if you think the UTSA/UTEP swing is bad, try either a) making it a five-day trip instead of a three-day one, or b) separate trips for both.

I agree but it's to minimize the amount of missed class time for the students. It does make the beginning of the work week extra long feeling though.
The schedule is completely embarrassing.... unfortunately this take is 7 years old.

Amen to that!
Game day. Bring your umbrella (and let's hope that it's not raining 3's).
I love the Thursday and Saturday Games. Makes the weekend fun...

I'm good with the Thursday/Saturday setup too. I just wish the men and women didn't play on the same nights. Move the women to Friday/Sunday and let us have four games in four days one weekend and then a weekend off.
It stinks if you have something going on Thursday nights every week...makes you miss a lot of games. Wouldn't mind the weeknight changing between Wednesday/Thursday. I understand that is very difficult with the travel though.

I don’t mean that it stinks for me personally but I think it stinks for our players. This conference scheduling is extremely hard on our players.

Wouldn't Saturday/Monday actually minimize missed classes?

IDK? I'd assume one travel day to and away at least so currently leave Wed and Come back Sunday? As opposed to Leave Fri and come back Tues. Both your missing 3 days.
Sparse crowd. I hope it fills in. Weather might have something to do with it.
I think Green needs to sit for a while.
The lousy X has returned.
