6:30 game that I believe is on the CBSSN. I always enjoyed Ty Linder's description of and memories of Alumni Arena. burden, you've gotta know when to hold 'em.

Go Flashes!
Radio just said to expect a much different starting lineup tonight...
CJ , Mitch, Beck, Bainbridge and Bennett. hopefully the other 5 get the message.

GO FLASHES!!!!!
ahh, the obligatory benching of the starters! A tradition unlike any other.

Well said.
I liked those minutes from Bennett. He was changing shots (and blocked a couple) around the rim. Bainbridge did not show well.
He did pick up two fouls In three and a half minutes. But regardless if you’re in a bench these kids bench them. Look fellas you’re not playing anymore than 20 minutes until you get your stuff together
This game is ugly. Sloppy turnover-fest on both ends. 16 total TOs just 13 minutes in.
Huge effort from Peterson in the first half. We were struggling to keep UB off the boards. Peterson's 5 first half rebounds were huge.
1000% times better effort, ball movement and sharing the ball. Keep it up for the second half and will come home a winner.
Haven't noticed Santiago yet.
That offensive foul on Williamson highlights why having a size advantage is over rated in today's game. He backs a smaller guy down got two. Next time down they try it again. Immediate flop. Offensive foul.
Two straight shot clock violations deep in to the second half. Is this real life
Get Pippen out. You had the balls to bench him for 2 1/2 minutes to start so have the balls to take him out now when he’s doing nothing but wasting possessions.
Pippen!! The strategy worked! Balls!!
Pippen was solid tonight, have to live with some dumb stuff, just like Jaylen last year. 6 straight FT to ice game. CLUTCH
All I’ll say is go figure!!!
Got a little lucky with the banked threes bailing out bad possessions. But hey, a nice win and a good effort. Clutch shooting down the stretch from Pippen. Williamson and Peterson really scraped tonight. Their rebounding is key because we only play 3 bigs so we absolutely have to have them on the glass. They combined for 16 rebounds tonight. Huge.
Well, one way to look at it is that wins at BG and Buffalo kinda balance out two of those three awful losses. Still, given the balance in the conference, I honestly don't think KSU is talented enough or has yet to gain the consistency needed to do much better than 10-8. I hope I'm wrong.

Frankly, that saves Whittington from getting 1-2 early dumb ones and that alone makes it worth it. I remember Akron game at Akron last year. Whittington got two quick ones and the game was over from there.

I'd keep doing it. Sooner or later the guards might actually look for KB on the block and that could be worth another minute or two.

Still don't know if he's a quality D-1 player. But in the moments (not minutes) he's played KB has certainly not embarassed himself.

BTW ... his first foul was because the guard did not wait for the screen. That's not on KB.
