80 QB's transferring. So, pretty much everyone has a QB in the portal.

I guess that's the one position where, if you are not the starter, you probably won't see much meaningful playing time.

Yeah, with a few exceptions, a QB is either a starter or a clipboard holder. Several years ago, Cal had a QB who lost the starting job as a freshman, and then transferred 4 times before playing his final year as a grad transfer at Fresno State.
