Just two hours until kickoff! ND-State goes for three titles in a row and seven in the past eight years. The only time they didn't win in that time frame was in 2016, when James Madison won.

Weather could be a factor, as it will be cold, around 35 degrees, and rainy at kickoff. Gusty winds too. A big blustery cold front is still barreling through that area so hope there aren't lightning delays.

One would think that would favor the kids from frigid North Dakota, but they wimp out and play in an indoor blimp hangar.

Anyway, I plan to watch until NDST goes up by 10, which means about a quarter. But it's a nice lead-in to the NFL playoffs.
Weather will be cold and windy. A front moved through during the night. Yesterday was in the 70's. Today might hit lower 40s. A little dusting of snow has hit the northern suburbs of Dallas. Should melt before games time. I guess the NDSU fans will think this is warm. lol
I live near there and temps have been high 20s with snow flurries all morning and are still that way. Just as you’d expect in Texas.

Louisiana also gets crazy weather this kind of year. Fundamentally, we are in the deep south so warmth is always the general tendency, but cold fronts come through and knock it out.

Here in Baton Rouge, it's utterly normal between late November and early March to have your AC running during one part of the day and the heater during another part. Temperatures can swing from 80 to 30 in a matter of hours.
Harrisonburg gets plenty chilly in the late fall, and JMU plays outside, so it's not like NDSU vs. U of the Bahamas or something.
JM marches down the field!

Crap weather but there’s not an empty seat. All Gold & Purple. 2 FBS programs and fan bases.
14-7 NDST

Game over?
34 degrees, but sun will be out by the second half. Don't really think weather is affecting play though.
Bison fake FG for TD.

21-10 .... game over.
I would’ve saved that fake FG for Oregon.
27-13 ..... It was obvious early on that North Dakota states offense is basically their quarterback running the ball and yet JM let him scamper for a long TD.
Well JM puts together a nice TD drive .... 28-20 seven mins left.
Glad to see JMU making this competitive.

Yes, I ended up watching the whole game. Didn't think I would need to.
And ND is the FCS champs again.
Can't they get a waiver to join FBS? This has to be getting old.

Winning all the time gets old?

Their true competition, App State moved up, it should almost be mandatory for NDSU as well at this point.

Never understand terrible coaching that gets fooled by fake FGs and punts.
