I only took in one baseball game this year and it was the regular season ending loss to Tulane. So I would not be a good judge of these guys chances. Someone who knows more about them post their chances of making it out of the minors. I am assuming that if you get drafted in the first 5 rounds you have a chance to make it to the bigs.

Garrett Mock - Arizona - 3rd round (86)
Rob Johnson - Seattle - 4th round (123)
Matt Varner - San Diego - 11th round (312)

Looks like we got three more drafted today

20th round - Rickey Putman by San Diego
21st round - Patrick Breen by Tampa Bay
36th round - Bret Cooley by St. Louis

Way to go Coogs!

So far, I haven't seen any Houston boys (Coogs or Owls) go to the Braves. Don't get me wrong, I've got NO love for the Braves; but it would be cool to be able to follow & root for some homegrown talent.
