Huge home game for MT against 9-1 TCU.
Nice win for MTSU - I have to think they're the conference favorites heading into conference play. Speaking of which, I guess the UAB game vs. Tuskegee is today and not yesterday. So I'll just keep it in this thread for now and then have a new thread to commemorate conference play tomorrow or Wednesday.

Yay- Free basketball!!
Lookin more and more like MT is all about Track and Field, club hockey, and Women's Basketball (We stink at everything else this year). But, it's way too early to be braggin' about our WBB. I'll re-evaluate the Rick Insell ladies in late February.

Certainly our biggest win of the year. TCU was #17 in RPI coming into the game. That's going to boost ours by a bit I would think. And it was a totally dominating win... started the game up 14-0 and led the entire game. Senior F Charity Savage had 13 points and 22 rebounds (most rebs since 1985 for MT). We seem to be hitting a serious stride right about now. Two straight 80+ point games.

At least one of these is a "true" spectator sport... Hopefully folks come out to see the ladies in conference play. The crowd yesterday was great and very into the game. I watched the replay on ESPN+ and it came through just how loud we were.
UAB wins it big this afternoon against Tuskegee 103-60.
