FWIW RealTime RPI & remaining ooc opponents (ranked in 150)

#66 Georgia State (Mercer)
#140 Arkansas State (at Tulsa, at Missouri St)
#154 TX Arlington (UC Santa Barbara, at Houston)
#165 Georgia Southern (Carver College, at Bradley)
#168 South Alabama (at #70 Richmond, Alabama A&M)
#181 Coastal Carolina (at Winthrop, NC Central)
#199 Little Rock (#130 North Texas, #126 Tennessee St)
#215 Texas State (UTSA, Bethany College)
#252 Louisiana (at #28 Arizona State, at #121 Louisiana Tech)
#291 App State (at Howard)
#294 ULM (Grambling State, at #23 Stephen F Austin)
#342 Troy (at Jacksonville State)
RealTimeRpi has App at 2-5 when App is really 5-4.

Inaccurate as ffffffffuuuuu.

App also has NCSU left in OOC. RealTimeRpi also had Idaho in the Sun Belt for football until the end of last season.
215????????

That loss to Air Force is killer
I'm sure we would have gotten a nice boost from a win at Charleston, a game we totally blew in the last few minutes. Still, 66 looks OK with me at this early stage. Unfortunately, that RPI ain't exactly gonna get a lot of help in conference play, though.

However, you're missing SMU as the only other Georgia State OOC opponent, that's a road game on the 23rd...they are 8-0 right now and ranked 128 in Realtime RPI. Obviously, that ranking combined with that record means that they have played a very, very soft schedule so far, with six home wins against weaklings and two road wins against very mediocre teams.
kenpom people. jeez.

You are technically 3-4. Real-time, like most computer rankings doesn’t count games against Non D1s

So you're telling me it's still wrong? Shocking.

RealTimeRPI is garbage from the floor up. KenPom is what we should use until we get some NET

Essentially we have Ken Pom Confused. They said we were supposed to be bad. We turn out to not be bad, so now it’s just luck because we’ve won a lot of close games.

Problem is we’re winning because we have an incredible free throw percentage late which makes holding leads easier.

No - Kenpom agrees with vegas - we were a 12.5 road dog. It will get corrected as we earn it throughout the season or it won't if we don't.

I'm not arguing that Tulsa shouldn't have been favored. Until beating Colorado State and Omaha, we had not really beaten anyone of substance, and the good shooting day at CSU which is far from the norm with us led to the high luck score.

I'm just not sure I see this as the 10th best team in the Sun Belt, which is what KenPom is currently claiming we are.
