I thought I did it correctly, but when I clicked "place order" to get to the part where you enter your credit card information, the total was $0. Which got me to wondering... It appeared as though my seats and parking pass was already entered/selected - total of $145 - on the previous screen, but I didn't actually "click" on anything. Was I supposed to? Has anyone else done this and can confirm that you don't have to actually CHOOSE tickets and parking? I tried going through it again to see if that was needed, but when I click on "season renewal application", it says:

I suspect I did it right, but I want to be sure.
I ordered my tix (followed the process step by step) but never received a confirmation that they were ordered. So I canceled out my original order then reordered, still no confirmation. Called the ticket office (talked to some woman who acted like she was tired of these type calls, very short and irritated in her response) and was told I shouldn't have canceled and reordered because it causes confusion in the system and just to leave it as is, I mean wtf, talk about confusion. Anyway, based on if we win our game Friday, I'm calling the ticket office back on Monday to find out if my order actually went thru.
It was supposed to show zero dollars. They will charge you on Monday if we win today.
I placed my order and got a confirmation email. It had a zero dollar total, and the line item was:

System keeps telling me I have no Renewal Applications available. What am I doing wrong? I am trying to follow the directions in the e-mail.
Our virgin AAC championship home game fans are adorable.
Very confusing. I have attempted several times to purchase championship game tickets from the notice I received as a season ticket holder. I get an invoice total but no way to pay (& this is now after we won today). No confirmation & counter at the bottom of the page just keeps counting down.
I just tried to order at gotigergotix and when I click on 2019 AAC Championship game tthere is a red message that says no dates available.
Anyone have any ideas?
Ok, so we found the email from UM and followed the (convoluted steps, i.e. go to season ticket renewal tab, but they are not asking you to renew yet, etc.) and manage to walk through the same process of those above.
Just sharing in case some on is as dense as I am.
You can get past that no application statement by first clicking the Manage My Account button. There you will see your application & the costs but when you go to the cart page there is nothing there???? Still confused......
I got it to work the day they sent the original email, so I can’t go back and try again to help
Yeah, at this point, if you are still having trouble, I would suggest calling the ticket office as it says to in the email. Call now. I bet they've got a recording about it if they don't have personnel actually manning the phones.

Got mine but it sure was a convoluted process. I went to gotigersgo.com and logged in with my username and password, I auto-filled all the information but when I entered my email address it told me that email was already in use, even though the autofill info was all mine. I had to create a new account to get past it. Anyway, section 106 lower level row 37, sucks that it's right smack in the middle of the row meaning I'll have to crawl over 13 people to get to the aisle. BUT I aint complaining! (not much anyway). I'm going to get to be a witness to an historical moment when we win the AAC championship that will get us into the Cotton Bowl!
